Bid packages may be obtained at no charge on the Haverford Township Website (www.havtwp.oprg) or in-person at the above address. All answers, will be posted and shared with all bidders. The Township intends to award this purchase to the lowest responsible bidder during their public meeting on July 13, 2026.

A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid is required. Bid security shall be in the form of either a Bond issued by a corporate surety approved by the Secretary of Insurance to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or a certified check or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a bank licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Haverford Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause permitted by law, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
